Or any day really. Take the time to encourage your dreams.
It’s never too late to dream and reconnect with your childhood memories of what makes you happy!

There is never a time limit to find what makes you happy!
Because….
Pennywise the dancing clown you are this week’s MAN OF THE MOMENT!

Yes you are kind of creepy and you bring terror to kids. But you always rank as one of the top Stephen King most memorable book characters. Plus you look good for a million (or possibly a billion) years old. Plus you have an interesting nickname: IT.

When you traveled from an unknown part of space to earth as a shape shiftier. You made an interesting entity decision to appear as a clown with bright red bushy hair and a clown costume to trump other clown’s costumes to shame!
And if you aren’t scaring children away by your hellish fashion treads than you are definitely doing it with your wisecracks and sarcasm. Oh there is thing minor detail of you wanting to eat children that might not might you such a popular clown among them.

But as long as you do not eat the writer of this piece then we are cool!

Congrats again PENNYWISE for being this week’s MAN OF THE MOMENT!!

Today’s movie of the day is Mermaids (1990) directed by Richard Benjamin and stars Bob Hopkins, Cher, Winona Ryder and Christina Ricci in her first staring role.

This cute comedy focuses on the Rachel Flax (Cher) and her two little girls (Ricci and Ryder) and there eccentric family life in the early 1960’s.

The family tends to move around a lot due to Miss. Flax’s romatic flings. There latest place of residence is in Massachusetts and numerous life changing events happen to the girls which test the bonds of family.

This is super cute movie and each performance is strong in this. I highly recommend this movie if you are ever in the mood to have a good chuckle.

Until next time!
Here is my top five book picks for the month of July:

Rabid: A Cultural History of the World’s most Diabolical Virus- a very interesting and in depth history of rabies. I did know a lot about one of the world’s most deadly viruses but after reading this insightful book it gave me a better perspective of this virus. Everything about rabies is discussed from myths of how it originated to trial and errors to figure out treatment for it.
The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton- in my continuing quest to read every book on the Frequently banned & challenged list I decided to give this book another try. I haven’t read this book since 9th grade summer school. I remember that that first time I read it it was my least favorite book I had to read for a class. Although I found it much more interesting the second time around.
The Shining by Stephen King- classic reading. I have never been a reader of King’s books but I decided this was a good start!
Until Next time everyone!
This week’s man of the moment is Bubblicious Gum!
Technically this is not an actual person but this item how been constantly on my mind so I thought to give it tribute on here!
I was a frequent gum chewer in my youth and when I used to go on trips to the market with my mom she would allow me to get a pack of gum while waiting to pay in line. The Bubblicious gum was always my top three go to choices!

If the bright neon color packaging and cool font lettering were not cool enough to want to to buy it this gum then the interesting flavorful choices surely was the tipping point to want to put this package in your shopping cart.

For some reason I had habit of smelling the gum package before making my selection. Like a fine wine I would pick out the brightest color looking pack then I would make sure the package wasn’t open then I would smell the pack. I always picked the package that had the fruitiest or candy like smell.
After paying for it I would ripped open the pack and carefully pick which piece to open first. After careful selection I would slowly open the wrapper making sure that I wouldn’t take gum off my piece and wanting to maintain the cube shape. Then I would pop it into my mouth.

It was like a fruit party in my mouth! Sure the flavor was not long lasting but that was not the main point for me! Rather it was how big can I make my bubble which was the best part of it! It provide hours of fun or until I wanted to move on my next piece.

Bubblicious you are this week’s MAN OF THE MOMENT!!!
